DFW Fee Increase Proposal Public Hearings 6/22, 23, and 24 – call-in

Mass Wildlife has revised their proposed fee increases by phasing in license increases over 5 years and raising stamp prices only 2x instead of 4x; there will be a new Pheasant Stamp with possible increases in season bag limits. Public hearings are scheduled for June 22, 23, 24 . WCLSC and MCA are in favor of 5 year phase-in of the basic licenses and lower stamp increase prices. MCA position on each and every license is still under review, especially where youth programs, trapper programs, and private reserves can be affected.
