Two options to buy tickets
- in the clubhouse when open Thursdays and Saturdays, tickets need to be purchased on or before August 4th

- food prep: (potatoes, cole slaw, and corn shucking) Saturday , Aug. 10th; 9am; 4 hours
- table set up Saturday Aug. 10th; 9am, 3 hours
- food serving/setup: set-out per-portioned items, keep paper products and condiments stocked; 4pm-7pm, 3 hours
- clean up crew 5pm-8.00pm, 3 hours; clear tables, monitor and take care of trash, washing any pans, bowls or trays.
