Overview Information for Norco Program for the William Tell Youth 3D Archery Shoot:
- Youth archery shoot program open to members and non-members 16 years of age and under
- To be in the program representing Norco, you need to pre-register by sending email to archery@norco.club
- No fee to enter the program, though signed waiver forms required; download form from web or pickup at Norco Clubhouse or complete entry day of shoot
- Competitors can shoot as a team or individually ; there will be a junior division (12 and under) and senior division (13-16)
- Youth will shoot a minimum of three 3D courses. Max shoot per club site is one. Youth can shoot as many program courses as desired, assuming a minimum of three to be eligible to be a winner.
- 3D shoot will be 15 targets ; junior/senior division shoot at marked distance to the target
- WCL Program will run between May 1 2018 and June 17 2018. Participating Clubs to post and share schedules
- Norco archery range rules to be followed
- On day of Norco shoot, food and beverage will be available for a nominal fee
- Competitors should practice as often as possible prior to the shooting a 3D course and seek a mentor’s tips on improving form and technique
- Competitors need to provide all their own gear
- Competitors need to demonstrate safe bow handling prior to shooting
- Program Raffle Tickets available for purchase at the Norco Club Bar
