  • food prep: (10 Blueberry pies) Friday, Aug. 10th 6pm; 2-3 hours;
  • food prep: (potatoes, cole slaw, and corn shucking) Saturday , Aug. 11th; 9am; 4 hours
  • table set up Saturday Aug. 11th; 9am, 3 hours
  • food serving/setup: set-out per-portioned items, keep paper products and condiments stocked; 4pm-7pm, 3 hours
  • clean up crew 5pm-8.00pm, 3 hours; clear tables, monitor and take care of trash, washing any pans, bowls or trays.
