The Norco Youth Turkey Hunt Program culminated with a successful morning hunt on Saturday April 22nd and followed with a group lunch, show-n-tell, and stories. 12 youth hunters and 12 mentors participated this year. See below the pictures of proud youth hunters with their turkeys, turkey’s being weighed and tagged. Fresh turkey dinners are shortly to follow.
Special thanks to Duffy for organizing this year’s program at Norco, NWTF instructor volunteers earlier this month for training the youth, the mentors, and those who prepared a filling lunch!
