Volunteer instructors from Norco and NWTF held their MA Wildlife Youth Turkey annual class at Norco on Saturday April 13th. Students learned to use a box call and mouth call, how to sit safely with their back against the tree when hunting, and properly aim their shotgun for a clean harvest. Next, they head out with an adult mentor on Saturday April 27th, putting their skills to the test and hopefully a bird on the table.
