The pigroast has evolved into a smoked and grille BBQ meat-fest over the years. 

The date for 2021 has been moved to Saturday October 2nd (from Saturday September 25th)

Will serve a variety including beef, pork, chicken, sausage – all tastefully done.

   Membership survey underway for preference of meat cuts and flavorings

       examples include dry rub juicy beef brisket, pulled pork with BBQ sauce,  basted baby back ribs, grilled chicken, assorted sausages kielbasi, chorizo, brat, venison, turkey

   sides include 

       garden salad with assorted dressings

       roll and butter

       baked potato bar w/ fixins – bacon, cheese, sour cream, butter, scallions

       assorted brownies and watermelon for desert  

       bar service 4PM till close, inside consumption only
