Due to the recent warm-spell this past weekend and forecasted to continue through the scheduled Ice Fishing Derby on the 17th, the Derby is canceled.
Do exercise caution and stay off the ice even if we get into a brief deep-freeze, since it can take days and days for ice to build-up to a safe thickness.
The Norco Spring fishing derby is scheduled for Saturday April 14th….see you then. In the meantime, the trout will be feasting for two more months on minnows getting bigger and bigger.
