Norco thanks everyone for coming out for the annual clambake. Mother nature threw its nasty weather at us, but , not to miss a great meal and friends, we served over 70 meals for the day. Many thanks for the volunteers who worked the event for planning, tickets, baking pies, steaming clams and lobster, making clam chowder, smoking chicken, setting up the clubhouse , serving, cleaning up. The weather did break for such a brief period, the club squeezed in a youth treasure/scavenger hunt on the lawn — all the youth had fun and received a choice of a book, hat, or t-shirt.
