Christmas Party 2019 – Popular as Ever

The December 8th Christmas party was as popular as ever. Over 70 members, family, and friends of all ages came out to have fun with Santa, hold a lucky raffle ticket, cherish a Yankee gift item, and enjoy a wide-variety of pot-luck entrees and desserts. Both floors were decked out in festive lights and wreaths. Over 30 items from local businesses and Norco members were up for raffle ranging from a smoker, wine, gift certificates, Norco-logoed items, and much more. All the kids sat with Santa and received a gift. Charlie our fish committee chair, asked Santa for a pond-full of trout and frozen ice for the February derby. Many volunteers and member’s generosity made the memories happen. Thanks to Alexis Grivakis, John and MaryAnne Powers, Ed Bonnell, Cory MacIntosh,  Rocky and Lisa Trotto, Barb Adams, Santa Claus, and Mike Sacco. Also thanks to Adam Charest for the thorough plowing and sanding in preparation for the large gathering. The Clubhouse Christmas party December 19th was festive with Patsy Mollica playing old-time holiday favorites, a spread of Chinese dinner, venison stew, and many home-made desserts.  And yet more raffles and happy winners.
