Norco Christmas Party Dec 15th Flyer, call for volunteers and suggested

The Norco Christmas Party planning team is seeking volunteers The annual party is December 15^th.

The planning team is seeking volunteers:

now to solicit area businesses for gift cards and item donations.
to help decorate the club on December 14^th
to help throughout December 15^th for raffle ticket sales
to help with Yankee Gift swap (participants suggested gift value is $25),
raffle table – label items/ticket cups, call winners, runners
help organize/set out potluck food items and desserts
end of event cleanup crew

Attendees are welcome to bring in items for the raffle table. This includes outdoor gear, gift baskets, adult items, kids items. If in doubt, ask Santa for advice if it is appropriate santa@norco.club or see suggestions below from past years.

All attendees and all club members are requested to bring in lottery ticket(s) to the bar and the date of the event for the special prize jug of all the tickets brought in.

Kid up to age 12 can be receive a present with Santa, just need first name and age, gender and a few hints, santa@norco.club .

Raffle Table Suggestions

For the adults, these are some of these typical items

– bottle of spirts, 12 or 18 packs, bottle of wine, basket of nips,
– new/used ammo of various types
– new/used outdoor gear of various sorts – fishing, hunting, camping
– household goods/crafts
– gift cards from local businesses – haircuts, food, car care,
– scratch tickets
– basket of condiments, chocolates, coffee/mugs, etc
– holiday plants/flowers
– local sportswear for celtic/patriot/bruin/redsox

For the kids

– toys, games, team sports sporting equipment, youth sized sporting items, crafting kits and supplies
– gift cards for favorites – pizza, ice-cream, movie passes,
