Jack Flynn Passes, Funeral Service Details

Life-time Norco member and leader Jack Flynn passed away on Wednesday August 7th. Jack, over the 20+ years with Norco, has led the club as a current Trustee, former President, and former Board of Directors Chairman. He is remembered for welcoming everyone at Norco with a big smile, old or new; his time/patience/knowledge to help new leaders succeed in their roles; and guiding new members to enjoy the club. He involved many volunteers in making the club run better with infrastructure projects and operation policies, made wise choices with the limited club resources, championed the festivities for the annual Christmas party, and was the driver behind the annual firearm raffle. He has owned field hunting dogs over the years and had a fondness for his Britannies. Earlier in life, Jack served in the US Air Force for 10+ years, attaining the rank of Captain.

A few photos below reflect Jack celebrating leadership and volunteerism with Jaye, Mike, and Bob; and approving of the firearms to be offered in the annual yearly raffle. If you have a Norco memory or photo to share, send to webmaster@norco.club .

The club will be making a donation to charity in his name.
