More details on volunteering, raffle table and more

  • Solicit local businesses for gift cards and or items. To sign-up, email wayne@norco.club . You will receive a list of businesses that have supported us in the past and then you are off to ask for a donation politely.  Last year, we had over $1K in cards, items, and services!
  • Come at 1:30PM to enjoy the potluck buffet, raffles, Yankee gift swap, and share the day with other members and extended families. Optional to bring a raffle item; optional to be in the Yankee gift swap. Read further down for suggestions.
  • Be a Santa helper  during the entire event, arrive at 1PM, and be prepared to help with the potluck tables as entries come in, sell raffle tickets, run the Yankee gift swap, help winners of a raffle receive their item, help Santa with the kids., help serve food, help cleanup at the end
  • Be an event setup helper, come in at 10AM, help clean the club, decorate the club, and setup the 2nd floor tables for the raffles, etc.  Send your name in to wayne@norco.club
  • Santa wants to know: if you have youth, suggested age of 12 and younger that wants to receive a present from Santa, sit on his lap for a photo, and whisper extra gifts to receive, we need a RSVP for the child – name, age, sex, and suggested gift that is $15-20 they would appreciate. Send to santa@norco.club

Raffle Table Suggestions 

For the adults, there are some of these typical items

  • – bottle of spirts,  12 or 18 packs,  bottle of wine, basket of nips, 
  • – new/used ammo of various types
  • – new/used outdoor gear of various sorts – fishing, hunting, camping
  • – household goods/crafts 
  • – gift cards from local businesses – haircuts, food, car care, 
  • – scratch tickets
  • – basket of condiments, chocolates, coffee/mugs, etc
  • – holiday plants/flowers
  • – local sportswear for celtic/patriot/bruin/redsox

For the kids

  • – toys, games, team sports sporting equipment, youth sized sporting items
  • – gift cards for favorites – pizza, ice-cream, movie passes, 
  • – dvds
