The annual Ice Fishing Derby can not be held at Norco Pond as planned, for 2/18, due to water levels and ice conditions. Plans are underway to hold the derby at nearby Comet Pond

However, the Ice Fishing Committee, ice-fishing@norco.club , is rallying interest and watching ice conditions at nearby Hubbardston’s Comet Pond.
Please contact the committee to express interest for 2/18 or 2/25 , and get details for derby fees, prizes, grilling food, to volunteer and location on the pond.
Comet Pond Ice-Derby Participants are required to hold a current MA Fishing License
