Norco member Barbara Adams will be baking fresh, homestyle pumpkin pies through November. Samples were at the Clubhouse on Oct 25th and were well received.
Pies are $10 each. Pre-ordered pies will be baked and delivered for pickup on these days, Thursdays Nov 1, 8, 15 and Saturdays (after 5PM) Nov 3,10,17. 1 or 2 extra pies will be available for purchase on these days for last minute planners. Details are still being worked out for Thanksgiving week, for pre-orders & pickup on either a Tuesday or Wednesday. Payment is cash or checks made out to Norco Club.

This pilot program is being run as a fund-raiser with volunteer hours, where all proceeds go to help fund Norco youth programs. Some local supermarkets are donating items, gift cards, and discounting items. If you are interested baking/wrapping and earning volunteer hours, contact Barb. Hours will be on Wednesday afternoon/early evening and Saturday’s in the afternoon.
Yes, you can always find a cheaper pie somewhere else…with chemicals and preservatives. At Norco, the pies are baked fresh, filled only with ingredients you can pronounce and savor, and made with care for being in the extended Norco family.
